The Challenge:

During the pandemic, a medical technology company with an international workforce found themselves having to navigate distributing money to nonprofit organizations identified by their employees throughout the world on a reasonable timeline. Compliance on this is no joke.

The Solution:

Our first order of business was one of our favorite things (besides ice cream): spotting and eliminating redundancies in the grantee application process that were taking an obscene amount of time and damaging reputations and trust. On the communications side, Create Impact developed transparent, clear, and concise instructions and protocols so every employee had equal access to funds. This also included sharing realistic roadmaps to understand the timing of the execution of funds. And let’s not forget that this was a global program so we had to implement tech to translate communications for all employee regions across toolkits, contracts, and even email communication. All of these pieces were transformative in making a vulnerable process work effectively for all parties involved.
