This healthcare company experiencing rapid growth during the pandemic begged asked Create Impact to come in-house and guide Community Impact Strategy and Culture Development. We became trusted partners by making some quick, meaningful decisions and providing guidance regarding how to allocate resources in honor of Juneteenth. From there, with just a few employee interviews, our team was able to synthesize a plan for activating employees and providing leadership opportunities through a regional Employee Council. Given the company’s rapid employee growth, establishing policies and scalable processes was key for program success.
